A creative retainer isn’t just a monthly design fee—it’s a long-term creative partnership. With a retainer, you gain access to my dedicated time, expertise, and full creative attention, all geared toward bringing your vision to life.
Depending on the package you choose, I’ll block out specific time each month just for you—ensuring we can focus fully on your projects without juggling multiple clients.

It starts with an initial discovery call to dive into your goals, timeline, and deliverables. Once we’re aligned, I’ll prepare a proposal and contract. After your approval and initial deposit, we get to work!
When the project is complete, I’ll hand off all deliverables to you and/or your team.

Nope! You’ll even get a discount for booking multiple months at once. I just ask that you reach out at least one month before your desired start date to ensure your project gets the attention it deserves.

Retainers start with a minimum 3-month commitment so we can dive deep and deliver exceptional results. After that, we can extend to 6, 9, or 12 months.
Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week. Any additional hours are billed at $75/hour. You’ll receive a detailed monthly invoice on the first day of each month covering the current month and any prior charges.

All plans are billed monthly and designed to provide consistent, dedicated creative support. A 3-month minimum commitment is required.
$150 per month
2 HOUR TIME BLOCK
For smaller scoped projects, such as one-sheet or single-page marketing collateral design, basic website updates, business card design, and similar tasks.
$350 per month
5 HOUR TIME BLOCK
For mid-scoped projects, such as marketing collateral packages, lead magnet design, website updates, or additional pages, sales page design, and comparable work.
$675 per month
10 HOUR TIME BLOCK
For more extensive projects that demand greater focus, such as brand identity creation or updates, website template customization or restyling, and other larger-scale creative work.

Website Updates – Just like your phone needs software updates, your website does too. I’ll handle all core, theme, and plugin updates to keep everything running smoothly and prevent security risks.
Monitoring & Security – Using specialized tools, I monitor your site’s traffic and activity to catch potential hacks or breaches before they become a problem.
Website Backups – Your site is backed up regularly to external storage, giving us restore points if you ever need to recover, transfer, or download your website.
Website Optimization – I clean out “web gunk” and optimize your files, database, and media so your site loads quickly and efficiently.
Monthly Reporting – You’ll receive an easy-to-read report summarizing updates, security checks, and performance improvements, so you always know what’s happening.
Priority Support – Need an update, have a question, or want to add something new? As a maintenance client, you receive priority email support with a guaranteed response within 24 business hours.

The plan is optional but highly recommended. Without it, you assume full responsibility for updates, security, backups, and performance. You’ll also need to review our liability clause releasing us from involvement if the site is hacked, breached, or slows down due to missed maintenance.

If your updates require more hours than your plan allows, I’ll provide an estimate before moving forward. Extra hours are billed at a reduced hourly rate exclusively for maintenance clients.
