Depending on the retainer package you choose, I’ll block out specific time each month just for you—ensuring that we have the space to create something truly remarkable together. No more worrying about juggling multiple client projects or handling post-project questions. With a retainer, you get peace of mind knowing your needs are always my top priority.
HOW DOES
IT WORK?
It all starts with our initial discovery call, where we dive deep into your project's details—discussing your goals, timeline, and deliverables.
Once I have a clear understanding of your project, I'll prepare a proposal and contract for you to review. If everything looks good, I'll send over an invoice for your initial deposit.
Then, it's time to get the ball rolling!
Finally, when the project reaches its completion, I'll proudly hand off all the deliverables to you and/ot your team.
DO YOU REQUIRE A MONTHLY COMMITMENT?
Not at all! In fact, you’ll get a discount when booking retainers for multiple months at once. I just ask that you reach out at least one month before your desired start date to make sure I can give your project the attention it deserves.

For smaller scoped projects, such as one-sheet/page marketing collateral design, basic website updates, business card design, etc.

For mid-scoped projects, such as marketing collateral design, lead magnet design, website updates, sales page design, additional website pages, etc.

Our creative retainer is designed to provide you with ongoing support and ensure your business needs are met. It starts with a minimum commitment of 3 months, allowing us to dive deep into your projects and deliver exceptional results. At the end of this initial period, we'll re-evaluate the program together to ensure that the number of hours aligns perfectly with your evolving needs.
From there, we have the flexibility to extend the commitment to 6, 9, or even 12 months, providing you with long-term support and peace of mind. Each retainer includes a set number of hours per week, allowing us to dedicate focused time to your projects. We believe in transparent pricing, so you can rest assured that any additional hours beyond the set amount will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $45 per hour.
To make things even more convenient, you'll receive a detailed monthly invoice on the first day of each month. This invoice will include the monthly retainer rate for that month, as well as any charges from the previous month.

Our maintenance plan is not mandatory for clients but is highly recommended because of the importance of security, optimization, updates, backups, support, etc.
That said, if you choose to forego a maintenance plan, you’re welcome to. You will, in that case, assume complete responsibility for the website updates, security, backups, and other services laid out in this plan by reviewing our LIABILITY CLAUSE that releases us from any involvement if and when the website is breached, hacked or performs slowly because of the lack of proper optimization.

However, if you have a substantial number of updates that may require more hours, I'll provide you with an estimate of the required time.
