  • To kick things off, you’ll complete a short service questionnaire. You’ll also need to gather your website content, including copy, photos, videos, and any existing brand elements you’d like included. Don’t worry—I’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed so nothing feels overwhelming.

  • I specialize in designing beautiful, user-friendly websites on platforms like Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix. And I’ve got some exciting news—Shopify and ShowIt will be available soon, giving you even more options to choose from for your project!

  • While I focus on design, I collaborate with talented copywriters who specialize in creating engaging and strategic website copy. If you choose to work with one, please have your finalized copy ready before your website start date.

    • Full ownership of your custom or semi-custom website and brand assets

    • A fully responsive website design optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile

    • Brand elements such as a primary logo, secondary logo or variations, color palette, typography selections, and basic brand styling guidelines (branding packages)

    • Strategic layout and visual hierarchy to ensure clarity, usability, and a polished user experience

    • Launch graphics to support your website or brand debut

    • A 1-hour personalized training session to walk you through editing, updating, and confidently managing your site

    • Access to all final assets (branding + website packages only), delivered neatly via Google Drive for easy access and long-term use

  • I don’t offer logo-only services. While logos are important, I believe in creating a cohesive brand experience that goes far beyond a single mark. My goal is to help you build something intentional, functional, and built to grow with you.

  • Yes! Printing is available for an additional fee. I’ll help you manage the process and ensure your print materials look polished and professional from start to finish.

  • Absolutely! A non-refundable 25% deposit secures your project. The remaining balance can be divided into monthly payments throughout the project timeline. Please note that before any design files are delivered or your site goes live, the final payment must be received.

  • Yes! Every project includes 1 week of post-launch support to help with questions, tweaks, and making sure everything runs smoothly. Need more help? We can add ongoing support or maintenance as needed.
