  • To get started, you’ll complete a short questionnaire that helps me understand your brand, goals, and overall vision.

    You’ll also gather your core content such as website copy, imagery, videos, and any existing brand elements you’d like included. If you’re missing anything, don’t worry — I’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed at each step so everything feels simple and supported.

  • I design and build websites using Squarespace, WordPress, and Wix.

    Shopify and ShowIt will be available soon—giving you even more options to choose from for your project!

  • I focus on design and visual strategy, but I work closely with talented copywriters who specialize in crafting thoughtful, conversion-focused messaging. If you’d like to include copywriting support, your final website copy will need to be completed before your project begins so we can design with clarity and intention.

  • Each project is crafted to create a cohesive, intentional brand experience that feels aligned and true to your business. Depending on your package, this may include:

    • Custom or semi-custom website design, fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile

    • Strategic layout and visual direction focused on clarity, flow, and user experience

    • Brand identity system (when included), such as logo suite, color palette, typography, and visual direction

    • Launch assets to support your brand or website rollout

    • A 1:1 training session so you feel confident managing and updating your site

    • Final files delivered via Google Drive for easy access and long-term use

    Everything is designed with intention — so your brand not only looks beautiful, but feels clear, connected, and impactful.

  • Yes — I can source high-quality stock imagery that aligns with your brand for an additional fee. That said, I always recommend using your own photography when possible for the most personal, elevated, and authentic result.

  • I don’t offer standalone logo design. I believe a brand is much more than a single mark, so I focus on building complete visual systems that feel cohesive, intentional, and built to grow with you.

  • Yes — printing can be arranged for an additional fee. I’ll take care of the process for you to ensure everything is produced beautifully and stays aligned with your brand from start to finish.

  • Yes, absolutely! A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to reserve your project. The remaining balance can be split into monthly payments throughout the project timeline. Final files and website launch will be delivered once the balance has been completed.

    Please note that before any design files are delivered or your site goes live, the final payment must be received.

  • Most projects are booked 2–6 weeks in advance.

    If you have a specific launch date in mind, I recommend reaching out early so we can secure your spot.

  • Yes — every project includes one week of post-launch support for questions, small refinements, and guidance as you settle into your new brand or website. If you need ongoing support after that, maintenance and additional care can also be added.
