Hold up, I've still got questions
What platform do you build your websites on?
I specialize in WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix websites.
How long does this take?
The actual website design is largely dependent on the scope of your project as well as the deadline you set, but typically 5-7 weeks would be the minimum.
What's included with the finished website?
You'll get complete ownership of a fully responsive custom WordPress, Squarespace, or Wix website as well as a 1-hour training session. If you decide to go with the branding + website package, you'll also receive the release of all graphic files delivered via Google Drive.
What do I need to have ready before I start?
Complete the Web Design Questionnaire and/or Brand Questionnaire prior to our kickoff meeting
All of your website content (think: content, images, videos, etc.)
Will you provide photos for my website, or do I need to supply my own?
If you'd like help finding photos for your website, I can help you source stock images for an additional fee. But if you want your website to be totally custom and completely your own, I suggest providing your own high-res photographs that are entirely custom to your brand.
How many website pages are included?
10 pages. This typically includes the home page, about page, services page, contact page, blog page, and 5 other pages. For an additional fee, you can include extra pages.
What's included in branding?
A brand style guide consisting of a mood board (color palette + image inspiration) and font pairing is included in the branding + website. Branding is NOT INCLUDED in the website only package.
A logo, alt logo, submark, and favicon are NOT INCLUDED.
Do I need to purchase a domain ahead of time?
I recommend that you purchase your domain from a third-party provider (e.g., Namecheap, GoDaddy, etc.) and I will redirect it to your web platform of choice. Or, you can also purchase your domain directly through your web platform or web host of choice
Do you offer ongoing support when the website is live and the project wraps up?
Yes! Depending on what you have in mind, a per-project or hourly rate can be discussed.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! Elevating your business shouldn't break the bank. However, an initial deposit of 25% is due upon starting the project and the remaining balance is due at the end of the project.
